Simulator guides call for about 12 to 14′ of width, 18 to 20′ of depth and 9 to 10′ of height for a full driver swing. That's our A-Frame Garage at 14×20. Bring the screen and the launch monitor. We build the room.

Why this build
Play all
winter.
- Width to swing. 14′ wide. A 12′ bay works for right-handed golfers only. Lefties and righties sharing one want 16′.
- Depth. 20′ fits the screen, about 10′ to the ball, and room behind you to stand and watch.
- Height. Extra-tall 9′ walls with the collar ties up near the ridge. Swings differ, so we check your clearance before you order.
- Insulation and power. Projector, PC and launch monitor want steady power and a dry room. Insulation keeps it playable in January.
- A big door. An 8×7 overhead door on the hitting end. Open it up on a nice day.
Before you order
- Keep windows off the screen wall. Daylight washes out the projector.
- Pick your simulator before the site check. Screen size and projector placement decide where everything goes.
- Turf and hitting mat sit right on the 8″ o.c. floor. No flex under your feet.

Price list effective 7/1/26. Shell: the building with the golf shed package, insulated and powered. Finished adds painted SmartSide walls, four more outlets and two more lights. Stone pad and sales tax are extra. Delivery and setup are free within 100 miles of the shop, then $5 a mile. Monthly is 60-month rent-to-own; built-on-site sizes are financed instead.
