Timber Frame Pavilions
6×6 timbers, railings on all sides, two openings and a 1″ treated deck, stained your color. Black metal roof standard.
Prices are for the building, from the price list effective 7/1/26. Doors, windows, porches and other options, site prep and sales tax are extra. Delivery and setup are free within 100 miles of the shop, then $5 a mile. Rent-to-own payments are 60 months. Built-on-site sizes are financed instead. Photos show buildings we've delivered; cards marked 3D model show the style in our 3D builder.
