What we collect and what we do with it.

Who we are
Oak & Iron Structures sells sheds, garages and pavilions, built by partner shops in Pennsylvania and New York and delivered by us. This policy covers our website, our ads, our chat assistant and our phone line.
What we collect
- What you give us: your name, email, phone number, delivery address or ZIP code, the building you want, and anything you tell us about your site, timeline or how you plan to pay.
- From our ads: when you fill out one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us the answers you submit there.
- Chats and calls: if you chat with Riley on our website or call our line and talk with Johnathan, we keep the conversation. Calls are recorded and transcribed so we get your details right.
- How you use the site: the page you came from, ad tags in the link you clicked, and basic browser information. When it's turned on, the Meta Pixel tells Meta that someone visited or sent a form, so we can measure our ads.
How we use it
- To price your building and delivery and email you your quote.
- To follow up about your building by email, and by phone if you call us or ask us to call.
- To schedule your build, site check and delivery.
- To improve our website and ads.
Who we share it with
- The shop that builds your order, so they can build and deliver it.
- Service providers that run our business for us: our customer management and email system, website hosting, our booking calendar, the AI providers behind Riley and Johnathan, and our rent-to-own provider if you choose rent-to-own. They use your information only to provide those services.
- Meta, for our ads, as described above.
We don't sell your personal information.
Texts and emails
We don't send text messages. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and one click takes you off the list.
Your choices
Want to see what we have on you, fix it, or have it deleted? Call (716) 946-4638 or reply to any email from us. We'll take care of it. We keep records of orders and payments as long as the law requires.
Kids
Our site is for adults buying buildings. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
