We set it.

  1. Pick the build. Each page has every size, priced as a shell or finished inside.
  2. Design the inside. Walls, paint, floor, insulation and power. The room and the price change as you pick.
  3. Free site check. Send photos of the spot. We tell you what fits, what pad it needs and how the truck gets in.
  4. We build it and set it. Ground prepped, building set level. One price, one date.

Shell: the building with its package, insulated and powered. Finished adds interior walls, flooring and more power, priced from the builder's list. Prices from the price list effective 7/1/26; stone pad and sales tax extra; delivery and setup free within 100 miles of the shop, then $5 a mile. Renderings show the package; furniture and equipment are not included.
