Home office package
Home Office
Thirty steps across the yard and you're at work. Door shut, dog out of earshot, kitchen out of reach. When the day's done you walk back, and you're home.
Built to order and set level in your yard. Free site check before you buy.
Why this build
Leave the house.
Go to work.
- Light all day. The Modern Studio's single-slope roof carries a row of transom windows. Add a 30×36 window by the desk and the lights stay off until evening.
- Insulated, walls and roof. R13 batts throughout. Add a space heater or a mini-split and it's comfortable twelve months a year.
- Power. A 100 amp panel, two lights, two outlets, a switch and a light outside.
- Glass doors. 4-lite fiberglass double doors on the vinyl line. Daylight in, weather out.
- The right size. 12×16 fits a desk, shelves and a reading chair with room to pace. 10×12 is a desk and you.
Before you order
- Plan the internet now. A conduit run from the house is cheap before the pad goes in and a pain after. A mesh Wi-Fi point works too.
- Want heat and AC? A mini-split is the move. It isn't on our price list, so tell us on the site check and the power gets planned for it.
- Laminate floor runs on a 12×16, and painted interior walls are on our price list too. We add them to your quote.
