Man cave package
Man Cave
Game on the TV, something cold in the fridge, the door open to the yard. It's not the basement and it's not the garage. It's yours.
Built to order and set level in your yard. Free site check before you buy.
Why this build
Your place.
Your rules.
- A porch. A 6′ end porch under the main roof. Chairs out front, out of the rain.
- Doors the couch fits through. 6′ double doors come standard. The couch, the bar and the fridge all make it in.
- Insulation and power. R13 walls and roof, a 100 amp panel, lights and outlets. Game day in November, not just July.
- Real walls. 88½″ sidewalls, overhangs all the way around, and a Techshield radiant barrier that keeps summer heat off the roof.
- Room to spread out. A 12×24 gives you an 18′ room behind the porch. Couch, TV, bar, fridge.
Before you order
- Count your plugs. TV, fridge, game system, lights, a heater. The package has two outlets. Extra outlets are each and go on your quote.
- Face the porch away from the house, toward the yard or the view. We look at it with you on the site check.
- Rather have a garage door than a porch? The Cottage Garage has a 9×7 overhead door that opens the whole end up.
